I am always impressed with the great selection of stone Pacific Stonescape offers!

Working with Pacific Stonescape has been a terrific experience. I did a special order purchase of the Nishino and Rankei Japanese stone lanterns from Pacific Stonescape and my experience is as follows: 1) Stone lanterns were special ordered and Steve kept me informed during the entire time via email. I never had to contact Pacific Stonescape. 2) The stone lanterns arrived at my house in perfect condition, because of the excellent packing performed by Pacific Stonescape. 3) Price and shipping cost of the stone lanterns were exactly as Steve quoted me - no hidden charges or extra charges. The prices from Pacific Stonescape were actually MUCH better than other vendors. 4) Stone lanterns from Pacific Stonescape were of superior quality because they are carved out of solid granite stone. 5) The detail, quality, and beauty of the stone lanterns from Pacific Stonescape is the best I have ever seen.

In the past, I have purchased Japanese stone lanterns (made out of cement) from other vendors. I am in the process of getting rid of those stone lanterns (made out of cement) and replacing them with the stone lanterns from Pacific Stonescape.

So, Pacific Stonescape has exceeded my expectations and I plan on purchasing more stone lanterns from Pacific Stonescape in the future.

I was building a Japanese memorial garden for my husband of 46 years and it needed a stone lantern. The whole experience of purchasing a Hokkeiji Japanese Stone Lantern from Pacific Stonescape and working closely with Steve Dix, the President, was such a pleasure; the way personalized customer services should be! It was a long but manageable process with clear communications every step of the way: from the first phone call to inquiry about their lanterns, educating me about stone lanterns especially pros and cons of the different materials, through the selection process, cost comparison, waiting for the ship from China, to providing updates on the order and shipping. He really wanted me to be happy and he made me an educated and informed consumer so that I knew the value of what I was purchasing.

But the true test was when the lantern arrived, and the corner of the roof was chipped. Steve offered me 2 options; either money off or a replacement roof. I choose to get a replacement roof, which he sent to me at no cost. He said he appreciated my understanding and apologized for the hassle. I thanked him for following through on this and being a man who honors his word. He said, “it is the only way to be.” I love the lantern and will be able to enjoy it for many years to come.

Ordered an inuksuk, a tall lantern and a sphere to sit on a stone pedastal right before Covid it. So had a wait to get these items but was it worth it! Gorgeous pieces, beautifully packaged and perfect in my half acre NC meadow. Steve was awesome and will order again.

Items were well and securely packed, and were in perfect condition when unwrapped. These pieces are markedly superior in detail and overall quality to similar examples I've seen from other rockeries and suppliers. I strongly recommend Pacific Stonescape if you are in the market for these beautiful objects for yard and garden. I will be ordering again.
