Pacific Stonescape Inc. will accept returns with the
following stipulations and exceptions:
- A MINIMUM 10%
restocking charge will be assessed on all returns. This may increased due
to the need to repackage, clean, sort, excessively handle the
returning material or as determined by management.
- Stone must be clean and free of
jobsite dirt, debris, mortar dust or residue, saw cuts and scrap.
- Returning stone must have been
purchased within the last 30 days.
- All returns must be accompanied
by a receipt before a return will be accepted and refunds will be either
on-the-spot by credit card or within 30 days by company check. Returns
from those with charge accounts will first be applied to outstanding balances,
then optionally credited to future purchases or refunded by the 10th
of the following month, depending on customer preference.
- NO RETURNS will be accepted on
bulk stone or aggregates, boulders, columns, special order material or
stone shipped directly from the quarry to the jobsite or shipped out of
our immediate regional market of Western Oregon.
- No more than 10% of the total of
any stone purchase may be returned.
- Anyone abusing the return
policies of Pacific Stonescape Inc. will no longer be allowed to return
material in the future.
- Pacific Stonescape will pick-up
returns if necessary at a round trip rate of $100/hour as long as the
material is accessible and packaged for safe transport. Please do not
expect our driver to palletize returning stone!
We
understand the nature of the return issue and feel our policies are fair to both
ourselves and our customers.
